Grapefruit    
Grapefruits are good for two purposes such as lose the weight and for diabetic patients. The study reveals when obese people are eating the grapefruit before every single meal, they can lose up to 3 and half pounds over the three months’ time period. Though, study does not show that it burns the fat but most probably it also makes you feel full and stay away from eating.
