Furthermore, the data also revealed about on average each member of the first group lost 9.48 pounds during the twelve weeks which shows the effectiveness of taking it before meal in weight loss. It is one of the simplest method to weight loss in which a person is only supposed to drink the specific amount of water 30 minutes before taking the breakfast, lunch and dinner every time. This is also possible for the people who are not good at controlling their temptation to food and eating a lot, but you have to stick with the daily routine of it.
